If you are working both Early Voting and Election Day in the same role (both as a judge or both as a clerk), you only need to take the appropriate Early Voting training class. However, if you are working as an Early Voting CLERK and as an Election Day JUDGE, you must take the Early Voting Clerk class and the additional EV Clerks to ED Judges class.

To accurately track attendance, all election workers are required to login using their own Zoom account. (Basic Zoom accounts are free.) Please login with your own name, email or phone number (to match the information on file with the Elections office). Users who do not login may not be credited for attending and will not get paid for the training. Election workers will only get paid for the portion of time they are shown to be logged into the Zoom class. Election workers who are watching the class with a judge or another clerk will still need to login to their own account to receive credit for attending. If full attendance is not documented, you will have retake the class. You will only be paid for one training class. Judges are required to attend the judge class, and clerks are required to attend the clerk class.

Special In-Person training opportunities will be made available soon for election workers who want hands-on experience with the new equipment and practice on any procedures.
