Important Updates

• There is only ONE in-person option for training: a 3.5-hour class
• In-person training classes will now include a scheduled break
• We have a new manual for the November Election
• To ensure everyone has a seat, advance registration is required. Walk-ins may not be accepted
• There is a wait list now for full classes; we call those on the list if spots open
• If you require help cancelling a registration, call 713-755-6965, option 1 for English
• Those tardy more than 10 min. need to reschedule or wait to join next class

Judges who passed the EWCP test-out do NOT need to attend in-person training. They will be emailed Zoom links for the mandatory 1-hour refresher course.

Judges who have already completed EWCP are welcome to attend an in person class, but payment will not be issued.

The Test-Out Program has concluded for the year. Thank you for your interest! There will be no additional test-out sessions in 2025. Please check back in January 2026 for updates on the next available test-out opportunity.
