The 3.5 hour in-person training for the March 2026 Primary Election is mandatory for all Election Workers, including those who completed the EWCP. Zoom sessions will NOT be offered.

Important Updates: Any absence of more than 10 minutes of training will be considered incomplete. Those arriving 11 minutes or later will not be admitted and will be required to register for another training. Workers must attend the entire training to receive credit and will be marked as incomplete if they leave before the class ends.
- There is only ONE option for training: a 3.5 hour in-person class
- Judges who passed the EWCP test-out in 2025 DO need to take in-person training
- You must work the Election to be paid for training
- Please bring your November 2025 Election Manual with you as it is the most current edition

| Early Voting: All Early Voting DEVCs and AEVCs need to complete their in-person training on or before Tuesday, February 13, 2026. |

- Register in the Harris County Elections Training Portal by clicking the blue button below. Please be sure that your information is entered correctly
- After registering, you will receive an email confirmation
- Training classes are available across all areas of Harris County; however, space at each location is limited. Participants are encouraged to register and attend early to secure a spot
- Payment for training is only made after the election has been worked and may take up to 5 weeks
- Judges should check with their clerks to identify if they have attended training. The Training team cannot assist with confirming attendance of selected clerks
